The Right of Free Resolution
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs, beyond those established in No. 3 of Article 12 and in Article 13 of the same diploma, and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order.
In order to exercise your right of free termination, the consumer must communicate to lojadabe.com their decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration of termination to be sent by postal mail to our address (Av. Rebelo Moniz, 8, 4660-212 Resende) or by email: geral@lojadabe.com.
In order for the free termination period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free termination is sent to lojadabe.com before the end of the termination period.
The consumer must return the goods without unjustified delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day they informed lojadabe.com of the free termination of the contract, being considered respected if the consumer returns the goods before the end of that period.
The consumer must keep the goods in such a way that they can be returned in the proper conditions of use.
The supplier reserves the right not to accept the return and consequently the termination of the contract, if the goods are not returned in the proper conditions of use, namely, being complete, with all its original components and accessories and packaging in good condition.
In case of termination of this contract, the consumer will be refunded all payments, excluding delivery and return costs (which are borne by the consumer), without unjustified delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned order.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exchanges and Returns
You can proceed with the exchange or return of your online order up to 14 days from calendar counted consecutively from its receipt, sending the product(s) in question to our physical store, at the following address: Lojadabe.com - Av. Rebelo Moniz, 8 - 4660-212 Resende
To initiate an exchange or return procedure, you can send an email to geral@lojadabe.com informing that you wish to initiate one of these procedures. Our customer support service will assist you, guiding you through the procedure.
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
— The products must not have been washed or used;
— The products must maintain their original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged;
— The products must be complete with all parts/accessories that make them up and, in particular, with all respective tags never removed or damaged.
Exchanges or returns outside the mentioned period are not accepted. If you attempt to make an exchange or return after such dates and wish to recover it, the respective shipping cost will be charged to you.
The products sent for exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, so make sure they are well packaged and correctly addressed.
We only refund the shipping cost if the sent order is incorrect or if the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping and was not received for that reason.. We also do not accept returns of products that are specifically ordered for your request, non-standard stock products.
In the return and exchange of items, the consumer must return the items in good condition, with the complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice; All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
After we receive and inspect the product for exchange or return, we will process the refund in case of return, or in case of exchange, the shipment of the new product as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs
lojadabe.com is only responsible for the return and reshipping costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not match the order, if the product has manufacturing defects. In this case, lojadabe.com will collect the items through its carrier.
The consumer may choose to return the items by postal means to Lojadabe.com, Av. Rebelo Moniz, 8, 4660-212 Resende, on their own initiative; in this case, the consumer will have to bear the full costs of returning the goods, regardless of the reason for the return.
Refunds
In case of termination of this contract, the refund to the consumer will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s) due to the consumer's decision to terminate the contract.
We only refund the shipping cost if the sent order is incorrect or if the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping and was not received for that reason..
When a refund is due, lojadabe.com will proceed as follows:
- For amounts paid by Credit Card, PayPal, the refund will be made to the same payment method.
- In the case of amounts paid through Multibanco and MBWay, the refund will be made by bank transfer, to the IBAN specified in the customer account or provided in the declaration or free resolution form. It is the customer's responsibility to keep this information updated.
Regardless of the payment method used for your purchase, refunds resulting from returns, where there is at least 1 item for exchange, and/or adjustments of exchange values, will always be made to the IBAN provided by the customer.
