- Portugal Islands: up to 8 business days
- Spain: up to 5 business days

EU countries with free movement of goods: up to 8 business days (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden).
- EEA countries with free movement of goods: up to 8 business days (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway).
- Countries with bilateral agreements: up to 8 business days (Switzerland)
- Delivery dates may be affected in exceptional situations due to internal logistical or operational reasons of the carriers, or during special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas when there is a higher volume of orders;
- The shipping and delivery of orders is done on business days, that is, from Monday to Friday, as long as it is not a national or local holiday;
- In situations of stock shortages of any of the items, our customer support service will contact the customer to inform them of the delay in the indicated times;
- At the moment the shipment is made, the consumer will receive a notification email with the tracking number so that they can follow all the stages of the shipment until delivery, through the platform of the carriers we use;
- If for some reason you cannot be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier, one of the following actions may occur:
- New delivery attempt (usually the next day).
- Notification left in the mailbox to pick up at a collection point.
- Return process initiated to the store.
- At the moment you receive the order, you must check the integrity of the items in the presence of the courier, and refuse and complain about the delivery if there are visible damages.
