The customer designates the individual who acts/buys as the final consumer, outside the scope of any business or profession.
By using this site or placing an order through it, the customer must comply with these terms and conditions and the other policies announced on the site. If they do not agree with all the terms and conditions and other policies, they should not use this site.
The intellectual property rights over this site belong to LojadaBe.com. The customer may only use the site for personal purposes as a consumer. Total or partial reproduction of the contents, image identity, or ideas for commercial purposes or their distribution or incorporation into any other physical or online location, regardless of the format, is prohibited.
By placing an order on this site, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data as provided in the privacy policy and declares and guarantees to LojadaBe.com that all data provided is true and complete and that they will immediately communicate in writing any updates to the transmitted data that may occur. By placing an order on this site, the customer declares that they are acting on their own behalf and that they have the capacity to enter into the transaction.

The products offered for sale on the site may not be specified exactly to the actual clothing in terms of image and color, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
LojadaBe.com reserves the right to registered orders on the site www.lojadabe.com when there are doubts about the quality of the final consumer of the “Buyer” or when the orders do not comply with the general sales conditions presented here. - An order will be flagged by the Automatic Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- Payment is not recognized within a period of 3 calendar days after the order's accessibility;
- If there are promises that the consumer is under 18 years of age;
- If it is detectable that the price indicated in the Online Store is wrong;
- If it is not possible to deliver the order to the address;
- Orders are incomplete or incorrect;
- There are promises of misuse/abuse in the Online Store or with ordering, exchange, and delivery processes, either uniquely or repeatedly by the customer.
In these cases, Lojadabe.com will inform, via email, the reasons why the sales contract was not implemented.
At the time of delivery of the order, the buyer must check at the same location and moment and immediately refuse to accept it from the carrier if any signs of tampering with the packaging or content or problems with the item(s) are detected and report immediately via email with a full description of the facts, attaching a demonstrative photograph of the condition, to geral@lojadabe.com.
By confirming the order details, you are accepting the general sales conditions, as well as other existing conditions in www.lojadabe.com.
lojadabe.com reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block purchases by customers who fraudulently use the ordering, exchange, and online return processes.
lojadabe.com owns the products of the company until it has received full payment for all these products.
The present terms and conditions and other policies published on this site are governed by Portuguese law, establishing the jurisdiction of the district court of Resende, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.
