Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free to Portugal and Spain. In other cases, the freights are calculated automatically according to the destination country and the weight of the merchandise.
For all orders, postage is calculated automatically, depending on the weight and the choice of carrier.
Time of Delivery:
The delivery time for your order is always dependent on the payment.
If you choose the "Pay by ATM", make payment within 3 days, after that period without that check payment, your order will be canceled. Option
Confirmation and shipping your order:
If there is stock available, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as payment is made.
If we anticipate that your order will take longer for temporary rupture of stock, we will immediately contact you.
After shipment delivery time is usually the following:
Portugal: 2 - 4 business days
Madeira: up to business days
Azores: 7-11 business days
European Community countries: up to 5 business days
Countries outside the European Community: within 15 business days
Brazil Express: 3-5 business days
Brazil: 8-15 business days
Upon completion of your order please note the periods of greatest influx of objects, as can happen at Christmas, New Year or Holiday periods. These times are more likely to get your order out the deadlines described above.
Security
All orders issued by Lojadabe.com are subject to signature proof of delivery. If you know it will not be anyone to receive the order at the address that intends to place, please place another. If no one is available when delivery of the package, the postman will leave a note with contact number to be combined a new delivery date.

Checking Order Status & Tracking
If you are a registered customer, simply access your account, to know in what state is your order.
If you have made an order without registration in Lojadabe.com simply contact us to find out more information about your purchase. In these cases, you always have the number of your order.
To find the status of your order shipping, you can do it via the Tracking number that is in the email with the details of your order. This number is activated once the package leaves the warehouse.
To do this simply go to the carrier chosen page, enter the tracking number and from there you can see where your order.
